A new year, a new scifi armor design!
This time i took my inspiration from the aztec civilization.
I was grinding away without a clear direction for this one. Then I made the red - white color pattern by accident, while wrongly putting together some procedural nodes in Octane. From there on everything became clear. Happy accidents :)
The workflow and kitbash library I developed while creating these designs helps me a lot with my actual character design work at Trixter.
